Refund Policy

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. 

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, INDY LOVE does not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, style didn’t suit or size issues, or damage

Returns for Store Credit

No orders are to be returned without prior approval through the returns portal below. 

  • We suggest trying on pieces as soon as received to allow enough time for the return process. Full-priced items can be returned for store credit within 14 days of receiving your order which will appear in your account. Please check your account for your credit which will appear in the payment section when you log on with your email.
    We reserve the right to not accept returns outside of the 14 days. 

  • Items must be in original condition – unworn, unperfumed, with tags attached, and in original packaging. In the rare instance that an item is not received in its original condition, the item will be returned to you at with additional fees applying.
  • CREDITS - Orders purchased using store credit with any discount (including 10% off order) are final and cannot be returned. Please choose carefully. 
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Final sale ( FINAL SALE collection items),gift cards, earrings, jewellery, or headwear due to hygiene reasons.

Indy Love reserves the right to send a return back to you if it does not meet the return requirements listed in our returns policy at your own cost. 


If your return is approved, we will issue store credit within 1-3 business days. Store credit is valid for 3 years , it does not cover shipping costs. Store credit can only be used on FULL PRICED items and not on discounts.

Once approved, you'll receive instructions on where to send your return. Returns must be shipped back with tracking information. Please note that return shipping is at your expense and must be received within the 14 day terms. 

Exchange Policy

Due to high stock turnover, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please make a new purchase and return the original item for store credit.

Cancellation of Orders

Once an order is placed and paid for we cannot cancel the order for a full refund however we can refund in the form of a store credit.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item, we will repair, replace, or refund the purchase. Please contact us within 14 days to initiate the process. We cover the return postage for faulty items. Faulty items must be received within the 14 day period. 

We do not hold any responsibility for lost or stolen orders. 

  • We do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged by your courier when being returned. We recommend you keep a copy of your couriers tracking number for your follow-up.
